Shipping Carriers

Klarisa’s Studio LLC ships all orders exclusively through United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Carrier selection is determined by Klarisa’s Studio LLC based on availability, destination, and shipping efficiency.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe after purchase. Delivery time estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed, as shipping times may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If a package or item is damaged during transit, Klarisa’s Studio LLC assumes full responsibility for the loss. Customers must notify Klarisa’s Studio LLC of any delivery damage within 7 days from the time the item was received and provide photographic evidence of the damage when requested. Failure to report damage within this 7‑day period releases Klarisa’s Studio LLC from responsibility for the damaged item.

Upon verification of damage during delivery, the customer may choose one of the following remedies:

  • A replacement of the damaged item at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund of the purchase price of the damaged item

The choice of remedy will be determined by the customer.

Shipping Issues

Klarisa’s Studio LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been transferred to USPS or UPS. However, we will assist customers in resolving carrier-related issues whenever possible.
