Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through [Business Name] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") via our Shopify store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.


Custom Orders — Final Sale

All products are custom embroidered and produced according to customer-provided specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases of verified Company error or shipping damage as described below.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details, including spelling, sizing, colors, and design specifications, prior to completing a purchase.


Errors and Defective Items

If an item contains a manufacturing defect or does not match the confirmed order specifications due to an error attributable to the Company, customers must notify us in writing within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

Claims must include:

  • Order number

  • Written description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence of the product

Failure to provide timely notice may result in denial of the claim. After verification, the Company may offer an appropriate remedy, including a partial refund, store credit, repair, or replacement, at the Company’s discretion.


Shipping Damage

If an order is damaged during transit, the Company assumes full responsibility. Customers must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and item.

Upon verification of shipping damage, the customer may choose, at no additional cost, one of the following remedies:

  • A full refund of the purchase price paid for the affected item, or

  • Remanufacture and replacement of the damaged item

The selected remedy will be processed within a commercially reasonable timeframe.


Compensation Limitation

Except for verified shipping damage claims, approved compensation for manufacturing errors or defects shall not exceed thirty percent (30%) of the purchase price paid for the affected item. The compensation amount is determined by the Company based on the nature and severity of the issue.


Non-Returnable Situations

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or compensation:

  • Errors in customer-submitted information, including spelling or sizing

  • Minor variations inherent in custom embroidery

  • Damage caused by improper care, washing, or normal wear and tear

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after design approval


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact the Company directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

The Company reserves the right to present this policy, order approvals, production records, delivery confirmation, and prior communications as evidence in any dispute. Chargebacks filed contrary to this policy may be considered bad faith. The Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts and associated fees to the fullest extent permitted by law.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the remedies expressly stated in this policy. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


U.S. Consumer Rights Notice

This policy is intended to comply with applicable United States federal and state consumer protection laws, including regulations enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, statutory consumer rights will apply and will take precedence over any conflicting provision in this policy.

The Company will honor all remedies required under applicable law in addition to the remedies described herein. If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
